If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with us within 30 days from your original shipment date. All returns will be credited as online credit only. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping is not refundable.

Returns will be processed approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of delivery date and provide a photo of the defect.


The following items are not eligible for returns and will be denied:

  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”.
  • Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Accessories, intimates, undergarments, basic leggings, cosmetics, bags and bodysuits.
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items including items returned with deodorant, cosmetic, smoke, perfume and/or stains. All items must have original SHOPBOOMY hangtags attached.
  • Shoes without the original box – box must be free of damage, postage, stickers or stamps.
  • Store purchases may NOT be returned online, all in store purchases must be returned to any one of our Store Locations.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable

SHOPBOOMY reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns, and to update this policy at anytime without notice.


All returns require a RMA number. To fill out a RMA request please use the following instructions:

  • 1.   Sign into your SHOPBOOMY account.
  • 2.   Click on the "LOG IN" icon to log into your account page.
  • 3.   Click on Orders & Returns.
  • 4.   Click on the Order Number you wish to return.
  • 5.   Click on Return at the bottom of the page.
  • 6.   Select the check box for the item you wish to return.
  • 7.   Select the reason for the return.
  • 8.   Submit your RMA.

After submission of your RMA, please include the RMA number on your return package. Mail your return package to the following address:

All returns that do not meet the requirements are subject to a 30%-50% restocking fee.

Once a RMA is created and submitted no modifications can be made thereafter.
To edit and add additional items to your RMA, please repeat step #4. Please refer to our Return Policy.
